Did not get to enjoy the offer as per the claims of Levis Advertisements

I have recently made a purchase of 5000 at levis at a Levis Store in Surat (Ghod Dod Road). According to the offer, I could choose to make a payment in 3 installments using my HDFC credit card, but the store owner told they do not have any such facility, and secondly, with the amount of purchase I had done, I was entitled to get a gift watch, but the store owner told they were running out of stock and I had to settle for a bag (which you get for a shopping for 3500 only). I asked them if I can get anything else as it is not my fault if store is running out of gifts (which they boast about in newspaper), so they should actually offer to compensate with a product of my choice in the same price range (as that of the watch). I got a negative response. I mailed them regarding the same, as I have still kept the bag intact hoping for a replacement. But seems like most aspirational fashion brand in India has least to care for customer consents.
