Customer harassment

I had purchased a levi jeans from their outlet in kanpur. later i wanted an exchange for a smaller size.but teh store refused to do it saying there wasnt any guarantee i had purchased it from their store.(mind you all tags including the bar code were intact.)repeated emails and phone calls to their customer care dept. has not yielded any result till date.kindly help.
