Complaint pending for 2 weeks, company and vendor both are harassing us

We have bought this AC from Kohinoor dealer's on 12 May. Initially People from LG had come and installed it with L angle shaped stand. We did electric fitting's after that we called them to check it but nobody turned up. It stopped working within a week. We filed complaint in call center, their technical exec. came and refused to check as he thought it was a window AC and he needed window grill to look into the proble. It went about a week and then with no choice we had to shell out another 3000 Rs for window grill, Again technical guy from LG came and said we need to get it replace by new one as this have technical fault. We again filed a complaint at dealar's side and told him to replace it. It's been a week now and he is telling us again and again that they don't have a peice at warehouse and asking LG to replace it.

It's been now close to 3 weeks now and still we have not got any assurance that it will be solved now. we are calling them again and agian but no reponse from their end. Both dealar and LG are pointing finger's at each other and not helpin us.

In this case, we want LG to refund our money and they should be tought a lesson regarding customer convinience and service.

Please help us with this, we feel harassed and cheated by both company and Dealar.
