Regarding cooling

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a LG fridge one year and two months ago. Till now it has got complaint regarding its cooling five times. The five times they came and rectified but still the same complaint exists. I have lost all my cooked items for these five times and nobody is paying me for that. And I am getting a lot frustrated also. I need to get my fridge replaced. These people are just experimenting on my fridge. And they are still not able to correct the problem. So kindly help me a way out of this. Whome should I complaint all these matters.
