This is my second complaint in this site as I already complained about my problem but still not take any action by LG Service centre. I am very upset by the dealing of the LG Service and their products. I am again explaining my problem here that I already explained in my last complaint.
I purchased the LG Slim magic TV 21” from Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall, Indrapuram, Noida on 6-April. But from the day first the TV was started giving the problem. Problem was that the Blue color patches came in the TV picture. I complained so many times (approx. 10 – 12 times) but not get any positive response from LG Service and Reliance digital. My first registered complaint in LG service was on 13-June and today is 2-August but still not resolved. I am totally harassing by the LG and also by the Reliance Digital because they gave me the defected LG product. I also contacted so many senior persons to resolve my problem: Mr. Gupta (LG Service: 9873568629), Mr. NK Goel (Reliance Digital: 9717598142) and Ms. Manorma (LG Head: 9811354152) but no use. Please help me to resolve my problem.
