The reliance digital has been the poorest in services I have seen so far. I have lodged a complaint twice so far since purchasing the ac in nov. The problem has not been solved. They take at least two weeks to attend to the problem and then leave the problem unsolved. Extremely poor services. Never buy any product from them. Deal directly with authorised dealers. Mukesh
