I am writing this letter still dont know that i'll be heard or not. My complaint is pending for the past 5 months. I bought my LCD TV Jazz on 26th oct' 08 which i still REGRET, i discover Black pathes on the screen after a month. I talked with Mr Amit, he told me that your request for replacing the tv is regected. I dont understand that am i applying for a LOAN which they have regected, its a manufacturing defect for which company is liable to REPLACE it. I have registered my complaint several times on the customer care but still no positive reply from there. My latest complain no. is N9C52109693. If you need rest of the complaint numbers please let me know.
