Dear CEO LG,
I have purchased LCD32 insches in the month of February. warranty expired in the month of February. TV is in no video situation. Service vendor informed need to replace front panel & Board which will cost more than 20000/- which is half of the TV Cost. Do you really expect a consumer to spend half of the cost of the TV with in 18 months of purchase. YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE SUCH LOW QUALITY THAT IT GOES BAD with in 18 months. I have almost everything at home of LG but this LCD TV created panic in my heart.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS AND CONSIDER YOUR PRODUCT TO BE FAULTY AND PROVIDE FREE SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT.
