After successfully using LG products for many years, I recently purchased a brand new LG LCD TV and experienced a problem with the scheme and promises offered by LG. I am writing to obtain compensation for a huge mistake for which I believe your LG firm is responsible.

LG LCD replaced on 28-08-09
As per the above mentioned details i have dispatched the relevant documents on 26-08-09 requesting LG Spectramind to please issue me TATA SKY DTH Set Top Box & 6 Mnths Subscription.
On 26-09-09 Spoke with Preeti in customer care department she asked me to call 9811354749 Mr Sunil customer service officer... Mr Sunil conferenced me with Mr Veer 9873378682 in Marketing Division who confirmed me he will be calling me back in a day ot two and let me know the status but no help. The matter has been escalated to the higher managent but nobody has responded in any forum.
The Bottom line is:
Because LG Organization has not issued me the DTH Set Top Box & 6 Mnths Subscription, we expect them to work with us to obtain a satisfactory resolution.
