Non attendence of the service personnel

I have lodged a complain to the customer care service on April 6 vide complain no N9C440504875 to send a technician to render service to my AC which was purchased a yer back and it is giving some noise. Till date nobody attended my complain in spite of the fact the matter was reminded on April 8 to the customer care centre and one Mr Mrintunjoy assured me that necessary action will be taken within 24 hours. It is really disgracing since I din't face such probelem from the service. I am having all the LG products in my house

If no action is taken within next 24 hours I shall take up the matter with your customer cell in Kolkata LG office.
