Eceived a price claiming SMS

I received a msg from spdc tat my mobile number has won me 200000 gbp, is it true...??

and inthe msg they even have give somebody's name (Dr Scott Empson), a reference number

and even his contact number... 44 701 075 8857.

if any suggestions pls mail me or comntact on 9225753156.

I just wanted to know that this is true or fake.

cause he has demande an id, certificate of winning, an fund release order within 10 days.

please make me know as soon as possible.
