Not returning owner manual and warranty card

I have purchased LG ac of model:-18G1ASS1 1.5 Tonne from shopkeeper (add:- kushwaha radios (uptt. no. RG. 0046306) Anpara road, Sonebhadra U.P).

Problem:- He is not giving owner manuals and warranty card to me which i has given for stamping and his singanture. he said that after installing AC he will stamp the warranty paper but he is not doing as well as not returning owner manuals. And also he cheated me, i wanted 2 star raing AC but instead he has given without star rating AC by saying that it is also star rated ac. So kindly take serious action on shopkeeper so that he can returned our ac warranty card and owner manual.
