MY NAME IS SARJUN LAL (WEST BENGAL), REQUEST ID IS N9C61800002. I HAVE GIVEN A COMPLAIN ON 18TH JUNE ABOUT MY AIR-CONDITION IN YOUR GIVEN HELPLINE NUMBER BUT YET IT HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED.
WHEN I GOT A NUMBER OF SERVICE CENTRE NEAR MY HOME, THAN THEY REPLIED ME THAT IT WILL TAKE MINIMUM OF 5 DAYS.WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT IN HELPLINE PERSON HAS TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE REPAIRED WITHIN 24 HOURS. THEN THAY TOLD ME THAT THE HELPLINE PERSON DONT KNOW ANYTHING. IS THIS IS THE WAY U GIVE SERVICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. IF YOUR COMPANY IS PROVIDING IS SUCH A BAD SERVICE THAN I AM SORRY YOU ARE LOOSING YOUR CUSTOMERS.
