Noise in AC machine

I bought a LG airconditioner machine in the year 2003 and it is under AMC. In winter season, I check the machine every week and in last week it has been observed that during running condition some noise is coming out of the machine. I have tried more than 100 times in last 2 day to contact the LG Customer care centre to lodge the complaint over their toll free number but it is next to impossible to get the line.
