Ill response of service centre

I have lodged a complaints for servicing to lg customer care vide request no. N9C42310935 dt23.04.09 and request no. N9C42507433 dt.25.04.09.The same was forwarded to M/S Alpha services centre, Jangpura, New Delhi-110014 by customer care. Representative from the service centre visited accordingly on 26.04.09 and took the advance for repairing the tube and filling the gas and promised to pick up the air conditioner on the same day. As almost four days has passed but they have neither picked up the air conditioner nor responding over telephone.
