Dear Sir / Ma'm,
I am a L.G Split A.C customer & have bought one A.C approx.2 years back in the name of Yogendra Singh & another approx. 1 year back in the name of Mr. Jitendra Singh, address for both is, c/o Sh. Prem Singh, H.No.49, Ajeet Colony, Jodhpur (Raj.)
I regret to inform that I have experienced a tremendous lack in services as well as response from L.G customer care team.
I have made an complaint on 18th May'09 at call center & was given a complaint no. N9C51808674, I was told that L.G service engineer would call on my cell & visit my place withtin 24 hours who is yet to call me or visit my place even after > 36hours.
At this I again made a call to L.G call center on 20th May'09 asking them to provide me maximum time limit by which engineer would reach my place, but they showed inability to provide the maximum time & just kept on saying he'll reach asap... he'll reach asap.
They also provided me the contact no. of Ms. Meenakshi saying she is a company official & would help me.
I have also called Ms. Meenakshi on 9828503189 on 20th May'09 at 03:11 PM, who didn't seem to be serious enough regarding the complaint & asked for some time to revert (again no min. or max. time limit).
Now am just waiting for revert from Ms. Meenakshi since I made the call & resolution to my complaint since last >40 hours.
I have a 1& half year old son who is getting very upset due to rashes he has got because of summer & A.C not being working since long.
Would request your intervention to get me the services which I deserve.
