The service quality of LG India is the PITS. My 2 year old A.C. conked out one fine day. The A.C. was under AMC with the company. After lodging the complaint and daily follow ups, the engineer came to inspect the machine after 7 days. He said the motor needs to be replaced and would come after 5 days with a new motor. After 5 days when there was no message from LG, we called up and were told that if we arrange for the people to remove the A.C. from the fitting only then they would attend to it. This was absurd and unheard of. Again after atleast 8 - 10 calls the engineer changed the motor after another 2 days. The A.C. conked off again after 2 hours on the same day. We again called up the service centre and we were told that the condenser needs to be changed. The condenser was changed the same day. Althrough this experience the LG staff were extremely rude and uncooperative. In fact we had started pitying ourselves as to what we had become by using abusive language and shouting on the phone. We shared our experience with some cousins and freinds and realised that anyone who owned a LG product had gone through the same humiliating experience. We have now vowed to never buy any LG product in the future.
