I had bought a AC From Sumaria Electronics in First week of April on Gudi padwa which was installed on 8th April. SInce 22nd its not working. I filed a complaint with the service centre on 23rd April. Complaint Registration No. W8C42300324, till date (8th May) the compalint has not been attended to, and i receive assurance everytime i call up that the complaint will be attended within 24hrs.
