Epair of lcd and replacement of washing machine

I have bought an lcd and fully automatic washing machine of lg from mehtab motors ludhiana on 21 jan 09.the machine is not completing its cycle and stopping in between.lg people have replaced a part but with no use. they have promised to replace it but have not done it despite of repeated complaints to the dealer and the company. also on the same day i bought an lcd which has started giving back current in the cable wire socket.i loged a complaintto the company no /n-9c20800524.but noone has come to see it except a few phone calls
