'FE' error of washing machine not being rectified last 2 months

We are facing the same "FE" error in the WASHING MACHINE even after repeated complaints to the customer care. Its already around 4-5 times we raised a complaint but no senior technician attending the problem.. We regret to inform this..Due to this, we are facing a lot of trouble daily.

Kindly requesting you to get the piece replaced since it is still under warranty period.
