Split air conditione

I had purchased 2 lg split ac's (1.5 & 2 tons) from the dealer karan electronics, d-77, malviya nagar on 4th of april. The dealer got them installed from lg company for which they charged me around 7, 000/- which includes the cost of extra wire and stands. The 1.5 ton ac in my bedroom was not installed properly and all the gas and oil leaked within a few days. The dealer asked me to contact the company and the company assured me of replacing the outdoor unit. Today is 4th of may, one month has passed and i am suffering everyday in the heat. I am calling lg regularly and they always ask for 3-4 days more. Kindly help me in this regard.
