DEFECTIVE REFRIGERATOR

When I go to PRAKASH TRADING CO. for telling the defective product they said that we are change this product within 10-15 days but from last two month they give excuses that product change within a week but On 06 may they said that we are not change the product we repair the defective product. I am not interested in repairing the defective product because i paid full amount of product cost, so I want to change the product. Prakash trading co. cheated with me they give defective product in a new carton of another model for hiding the defect.
