Fautly LCD and worst service

This is to bring notice to you about how bad services are being provided by Lg team in Delhi.
I purchased an 42’ inches LCD which was defective from the day it was installed by engineer. I asked for the replacement and it was told that it would be done in 2 to 4 days timeframe. After couple of days when I called again then one person said that we do not have a copy of bill so once it is collected. I kept calling this gentleman and he said that person would reach somewhere in afternoon. When he did not reach by evening, I called him again and he said this person is in Janakpuri and would be reaching in short while. That person did not reach at all on 18th.
I then followed it up by calling call centre executive who just gave the numbers for branch incharge and ask me to get in touch with him. Then one of the supervisor told me that he would call me back after getting information from branch incharge. He did not call me. Once again I called him up and then only he spoke to branch incharge and told me that this LCD would be replaced surely by Monday.
After following up several times they said that they don't extra peice for that particular model so they would refund the money. I told them that I don't want refund and if it can be exchanged with other high end model. They agreed to it on a condition that I need to pay the differential amount which was fine with me. Later date when they were to do delivery i was told that they don't have the latest model and it would not be delivered to me for maybe 15 days.
I had a talk with Area Incharge and he said he would call me back with the details in another 10 minutes but did not receive any.
these guys talk big on customer care but this is one of the horrible companies on Customer relation.
