Customer care not supporting

I purchasecd one reliance postpaid mobile with no 9354413131. i wanted to activate sms pack on my number. at first i called on *333. on this i was told to talk on no 30333333 for postpaid section. i tried many times but after one hour customer care number respond . after connecting the call i had to hang up minimum for 15 mins. after that the person who talked he again transfered my call on postpaid section. i asked for my request. executive assure me to activate the service within 24 hours n said that i will receive confirmation sms within 24 hours.but nothing. next day i spent 1 hour on customer care but they failed to give me any solution. it seems that reliance company does not appoint good staff they want only cheap staff weather they know anything or not. it is very shamefull for reliance company.
