I has bought an LG fridge one and a half years ago. In the warrenty period my fridge developed a low cooling problem and was repaired by the LG staff after a great amount of delay. Now after one and a half years of purchase there is a similar problem. I complained to the LG customer care mumbai on 2 june 09 and was told that an engg will come in next 24 hours. Three days hence noone turned up. I called up again on 5 june 09 and was told that the engg gave me a call but i did not pick up which is untrue as the cell phone is always with me and there were no calls. any how i told them to send an engg now. i was told that on 5 th evening some technician will come but no one turned up. I called up on 6th morning and was told that by 6th evening someone will come. On 6th itself I called up 5 times and was assured that someone will come.. but no one came. Finally today morning (7th june 09) i called up LG customer care. They gave me the sigma services number and asked me to call them but when i called them no one is picking up my phone. This is really ridiculous service provided by the company and I need to complain about the lack lustre behaviour of the staff. i am facing utter inconvinience as all my eatbles are getting spoilt for the last 10 days.
