Egarding my complaint ID NO: s9c42703171 dated 27th april

To, Thehead LG services india subject-Regarding my complaint ID NO.s9c42703171 dated 27th april I am Binoy varghese (thankachan) writing from kerala, Alappuzha distric. I have purchased LG FLATRON tv model no.29FG2AG-TG with s.no:807nlyx004698 dated 3rd october.since from the begining, T V power switch shows unproper work, that time i am calling to customer care.next day one lg service technician came to my house and open the tv unfortunatily breaked tv cabin.next day again complaint to lg customer care in alappuzha.they tells to me tomorrow come to your house and settled it.tomorrow i am waiting my house .but know body come to my house, then again calling to customer i can't get any reply from your customer care.this is complaining to six times .i told them i am lodging the consumar court.for that also he said ok.so kindly do the needfull.
