No CD and warrentycard along with the PACK

I Bought a LCD TV of LG COMPANY... Model name LG 32LG60.

I bought it from Snehanjali, boisar Thane (dt), maharashtra-401501.

they are supposed to provide me CD and Warrenty card along with the but they didn't

i complained to the shop there is action has been taken from them

please do something in this respect
