Bad after sales service

This is to inform you about the bad service given by the Trivandrum LGcare. I have registered a complaint on door beedings for my refrigerator around one month back. I appreciate even after a week time they are attending the complaint, saying that in one week time the problem will be resolved, as it may take some time for the door beedings to get softer. They have replaced the door beedings two times, but still I am having the same problem. I feel pity on LG service & brand as my refrigerator is hardly two months old and you are not able to resolve a simple door beeding problem yet. I am afraid if anything happens on the internal parts in future.
Please find below the problem on my refrigerator.
1. Gap on door beedgins
2. Replaced the same for two times.
3. Forming moisture inside the refrigerator.
I would really appreciate if you could do the needful in rectifying this problem.
