Likeage of water from AC

I m purchased a LG Split AC of 1.5 ton on 28th April. Lg has provide 3 free services on it. but till date i have not availed any services from the LG.
On 7th August i lodged a complain regarding the likeage of water from the AC, request id is "N9C80703100". they said that the engineer will reach at your home within 48hrs. but till date they have not solved my problem of likeage of water from AC.
