LG
No action on complaint

I called LG service center, Chandigarh (0172-2641558) on thursday (27.08.09) regarding my LG window AC. They issued a complaint number 1421 and said they'll send their engineer by evening. But nobody came and we called 4-5 times within 2 days, but every time they gave some or other reason of no action. Till date their has been no call or person to check the AC.

I cant imagine LG is providing this type of service.i have so many home appliance of LG company, but i was not expecting this type of service from a renowed company like LG.
