Poor service

I purchased 280 lit refrigerator last year. i registered complaint of water coming out from refrigerator before warranty laps. they did not attended properly. the problem is still there. they are saying now again register the complaint but for that we will charge you. we talk to service center's manager, he said we will come to see your fridge.but no one came.and now he is also picking up ph.what should we do?
