2009 Shell Petroleum Development
The claim for prize is real or fake

My sister was got sms from MD-loomis as-

Congrate, your mobile has won 1000, 000, 00 in the 2009 shell promotion

mobile draw to claim your prize, contactDr. Brown, Tel: 447014244686 Email: wining1@live.com

So, I have call Dr. Brown at above mentioned Tel. no and he said to send her personal details at this EmailID. So, my personal details.

As they suggested we send E-mail about her persoanal details. I also attached scan copy of her voting card as a citizen of India.

Then they send email with some certificates which attached with this complaint and said that delivery agent of them coming to India (Mr. ANTHONY WEEL). & at 1st June ANTHONY WEEL asked for Rs. 25, 000 for clearance of winnig prize from indian custom.

So. please tell what to do to find it's real or fake.
