Defective Product And Poor After Sales/Service

I had got a LG product which is very defective and nobody is responding to the Request inspite of repeated calling.

Also it seems the LG Commitment to After Sale/Service as claimed on website page is totally false.(http://www.in.lge.com/Support/sup_2.1.1_Cities.aspx)

Below is the email sent by me to LG Customer Care affter getting no proper response from Customer Care

Hello Team,

On 28th - July i had recieved LG Microwave Oven (Model No :- MC-7648WH) as a gift from my friends worth Rs 10500 (including VAT Taxes). It was purchased from below address:-

As we were to our home town we were not able to use the microwave oven. On 9/10 i had requested for the demo for my micro wave oven the Request id was C09A0922784.On 11/10 a person name Mr Gaurang Came for the demonstration. During the demonstration there was sparking occuring inside the oven and the person told us that he will be checking it by 12/109 and also took copy of the bill from us ensuring that he will arrange for the replacement of the oven based on the Thorough checkup that was supposed to take place on 12/10.But till 13/10 nobody came for assistance and i again called up the customer service department on 13/10 and the request id was C09A1301368.Till today at the time of writing the mail nobody came for the assitance and looking into the issue occured with microwave. Today i called up Mr Chirag at 1:30 PM at LG Service center, Ahmedabad based on the details given by mr Gaurang and no satisfactory response was given to me and the person told me he will be calling me up in next 10 mins and till now i haven't recieved any call.

All these incurrences and neglegence from such a reputed brand in India are pursusing me to take a strict legal action and will be representing this issue in Consumer Forum if my issue is not resolved at the earliest as we are again leaving for home town on 16/10 afternoon. This we had already conveyed to Mr Gaurang Regarding the availablity and still there is negligence.

Please look into this issue and respond at the earliest.
