Poor after sales service

Dear Customer Service Manager,
This is to bring to your notice that I`ve a LG Home theater System Serial number 805HZJB032588 May. It developed a problem on 01 Oct 09. A complaint was registered on 02 Oct (Complaint no: - C 09A0200557). There was no response of the repair engineer. I registered the complaint again on 04 Oct 09 (Complaint no:- C09A0400552). An engineer came and reported that a part needs to be replaced. However there has been no response from him thereafter. It has been over 12 days and it has not augured well for the after sales service of LG Company. The poor after sales service is highly disturbing. It has however deterred my friends from purchasing a LG product this Diwali season. This may be resolved at the earliest, considering the reputation of the company.
