Not attending to the problem and false promise

Hi,
I stay in Andheri east Mumbai and i made the mistake of purchasing a LG product. I have purchased a LG fridge model number- GL-191PME two years back. Around 6 months back the door of my deep fridge broke and the glass which acts as a cover for the vegetable tray was also broken. I have lodged a complaint on 16th November bearing complaint number CO9A1612478 to which i was promised that the engineer would be at my place by the end of the day;that didn't happen. Again i lodged a complaint on 20th November and this time i got 3 complaint number CO9A2014877, CO9A2014856, and CO9A2014941 to which an engineer arrived in my place on 21st morning and checked the details and said that he would visit within 2 days with the parts. On 24th i gave a call to the customer care asking them about the status and they informed me that my complaint has been cancelled as i was not at home. I told them that a LG engineer had already visited me and was supposed to rectify my complain and therefore their reasoning of cancelling the Complain stands null and void. To this i was put on hold for 20mins and finally i had to put the phone down and when i called again the response was the same. The only difference was that i was put on hold for 2 mins and then they told me that someone will get back to me shortly. On my query that the engineer had come to my place so why do i have to repeat the process. To this, the customer care executive told me in that case i should visit a service center and give them my complain. I have now got fed-up and decided to approach the consumer court for the harrasement that i am going through and use all my voice recording which is recorded by the call centres and produce it in court as a proof of their mismanagement.
To end it up let me say LG has got the worst service.
