LG -- Broken down customer service

I have purchased a LG LCD TV on 12 Oct. During installation on 13 Oct the service engineer noted that the set was defective and needs to be replaced.

After several reminders to LG Service personnel - there is no response from the service official.

I demand an immediate replacement of the defective set and immediate apology for the harrassment meted out to a customer by the corrupt LG service officials.
