Have purchased an AC-LG (bearing model no-LSA18TWASI, Serial no-803DXKD000767})from SANDHYA ENTERPRISE, Silchar, Assam, on dated 18.9.08. Since installation no engineer has visited. As I got 3 free servicing. But it s a matter of great sorrow that no one is willing to attend the complaint. The AC has stopped working properly. I have passed my whole summer season for want of cooling. This is the worst product i have ever bought. I m frustrated a lot and sincerely speaking wants to get legal help in the case.
