Loss of Money

My connection is prepaid. I am recharging my money is lost to the company on daily in Rs. 3/- and monthly Rs. 45/- I dont know what basis? I am not registering any programmes ie, background tones, messages, astrology, ringtones etc. I am very upset this matter. Two days back recahrarged Rs. 50/- But balance is only Rs. 5/- . What can i do this matter. Please clarify.
