Poor services of LG product and bad customer support

I had a problem in a DVD and have given that to the LG service centre located in bangalore, KG road. Where as the DVD is not ready till date. It is been more than three months. Whenever i give a call or email them they dont update me on the status. In simple i feel that they fool the people. Being a Global company i never ever expected this from LG. They cannot do the service for any other country product which belongs to LG. Then why should they run the Service centre? In simple they cheat all the consumers.
