I have lodged one request for the installation of front loading fully automatic washing machine with no. W8C52005060 on 20/05/08, but till date no action has been taken up.

When I called up againon 022-39889999, I was told by customer service agent Mr. Hussain that they do not entertain installation of fully automatic front loading washing machine.

Why have I purchased this machine then?
