Poor service

I have been asking for service of my 1.5 tone split AC from april. Their service agents GS engineering run by one mr Ganapathy 9962000527 and Mohammed jan 044 64625172 says that they will not service non tamil speaking customers. Had raised the same with LG manager selva perumal 9884718538 but no respite till now. The complaint numbers given by LG call centre are s8c42000788, s8c40904742, s8c70700299
