Damaged LG Body

We bought a new air conditioner from LG dealer in Ambattur. On the day of fitting the AC, we saw Body of AC was damaged, We Complained regarding that they told it will be changed but now one month was over they didnt take any steps regarding that.

Many times we asked the dealer to replace the unit but there was no action.

Thus I want to solve my problem through this forum
