I have booked a fault at your toll free number 1860 180 9999 on 18 jul about my CTV. the Complaint ID is N8C71800006, initially your mechanic has informed that IC8844 is unserviceable. then they have told it will take time as the said component is not available at this service center. After some time they have informed me that the said items is not available at any were in company and also suggested to change the kit. they took the TV from my home for replacement of kit. Now your service center rep is telling that the new kit is not synchronizing with picture tube it is better for you to purchase a new TV

sir at this juncture should I think that your company is cheating me or not able to repair my TV for a small fault (IC8844 faulty)

or your company is not entertaining the fault of an old customer. I have paid Rs 21900 to purchase of this TV in year 2000
