Not able to contact anyone

I have been given Club Mahindra Vouchers for LG products worth rs.15, 000/-. firstly no shop is accepting this secondly after contacting LG's chennai's office, i was given LG mumbai contacts nos as 28352882 to 85. These nos. are ringing and no one is picking up the whole day!

i called chennai office again to request for LG mumbai office someon's mobile no. / office address, they say they can't to that!

what kind of comapny is this that they can't give their mumbai office address?

how do i contact them pls?

pls help?
