Sewer line blockage

I have been complaining for the blockage of sewer line serving my house. Sewage is stuck up on the line resulting in backing of water into the toilets creating foul smell, mosquito breeding etc. and may spread denque fever..No action has been taken so far. I have seen sewage overflowing from the manholes and spreading on the road in the neighbourhood

M begging now, Please go through this complaint & please take some action about this problem... there is smell everywhere in my house... sewer getting overflowed...
