Suffocating bad smell since installation

I purchased a 2.0-ton split A.C., model no. 18GSASI, CH No. 10579 on 15 July which was installed on 18 July. Since from the day of installation it is giving out a bad, strong suffocating smell. I have lodged the complaint number of times and engineers from the company came to solve the problem and tried all kind of experiments but the problem is still persisting. I received reply in response to my mail dated 11th may stating that my problem will be solved soon, today is 17th of May, but no one from the company has come to see the machine. I am very much annoyed with the kind of service provided by the company.
