TV has been dead

I have registered complaint of Videocon Brand T.V not working on 10.Feb.09 and been received complaint number for the same as LUC1404090089.Ideal Care Service promised to resolve the problem

within 24 hrs

On 17.April when I enquired about the same they have lodged further complaint and given me the complaint no..LUC1704090203 cancelling the previous number

Regret that till now Problem has not been solved

Please look into the matter and send the representative at the earliest for solving problem.
