REPLACEMENT OF REFRIGERATOR

Respected Sir,

Date of purchased above 16-Mar vide invoice No.75319. Timer defected in Octoberand replaced. Second complaint videw9c81501331dtd.16.08.2009 stated gas blockage. Same repaired as gas leakaged and refilled vide invoiceNo. H11755/B2264 dtd.17.08.2009 (Job No.81500021) at cost of Rs.1500/-. Third complaint videw9c82205525 dtd.22.08.2009 stated timer is unserviceable and required to be replaced amounting Rs.800/-.

Kindly I request to replace refrigerator itself into new one, as it is forced to complaints thrice within two years and it may not be able to give proper services further continuously.
