Window a/c complaint

My name is amit bhalla r/o 403, block no.16, minstry of health appartments, sriniwaspuri, new delhi 110065 with mobile no 9871566992.i have bought 1.5 ton lg window a/c from next retail shop, lajpat nagar on 01.05.2009 on cash payment of 15000/- with product code no.14000010006.person has installed a/c at my res.address but at same time a/c was not working.i made several complaints to lg coustmer care with id is N9C50210015 on 02.05.2009 but still there is no positive response from lg electronics.please see into this matter and solve my problem.
