LG does not supply spares forces on AMC or exhorbitant charges by authorised service station

We have 10 Nos of LG plasma bought in one of them was faulty under warranty which LG took more than 5 months to service, again the same TV had problem they said it could be repaired only on chargeable basis. they charge exorbitantly and do not give you proper estimates on their official letterhead, another TV had a problem for which they wanted Rs28000 for repairs, whereas we found out that it could be repaired by changing 2 modules costing less than rs 4000/-but they refuse to give the spares.they are forcing on AMC or their service at exorbitant cost.
